MSpace Community Guidelines
MSpace exists to help customers, artisans, and service businesses interact safely and professionally. These guidelines apply to public profiles, chats, reviews, media uploads, business pages, and support submissions.
Be truthful
- Do not impersonate another person or business.
- Do not misrepresent services, prices, qualifications, or past work.
- Do not post fake reviews, fabricated jobs, or misleading contact details.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language.
- Do not share private information belonging to another user without permission.
- Use reviews and chats to communicate genuine service experiences, not personal attacks.
Keep the marketplace safe
- Report suspicious behavior, scams, or dangerous conduct when you see it.
- Do not upload unlawful, violent, sexually explicit, or exploitative material.
- Do not use the platform to trick, spam, or financially exploit other users.
How enforcement works
MSpace may remove content, limit profile visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, or escalate investigations when a report indicates safety, fraud, or policy abuse concerns. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
How to report a problem
If you encounter content that breaks these guidelines, use in-app reporting where available or contact support@mspace.app with the relevant screenshots, profile names, and a brief description of the issue.
